@param bool vtmMapStyle Download the Mapstyle as a XML-Based mapstyle for VTM or as a legacy styles for the native renderers.
@param int expires Unix Timestamp of the maximum age the style can have. If not matching, getAvailableMapstyle returns null.
@param string styleName Manually select an alternate flavor of the mapstyle
@param bool default If no mapstyle is found for guide and/or flavor, return the default one, or not.
